Each household member completes a questionaire (we have a simple survey for kids, which encourages drawing!) This helps your designer gain a detailed understanding of your family, lifestyle, your property, dreams for the space and design preferences.
We do a bit of background research to understand some external design constraints on your property.
Your designer will come to your site for a 3-4 hour site visit in which we undertake a detailed site assessment and analysis. Whis will involve some time walking your property with you explaining current uses and functions, as well as some solo time for the assessment work.

We produce a scaled base map of your property which will form the basis of your design. This will be very close to accurate, unless a professional survey has been conducted)
We create a draft concept plan for your consideration and feedback and have a 40min-1hour online meeting to make sure everyone is on the same page.
The final masterplan is produced as well as a planting schedule list of recommended species, and design notes. You will receive an A3 black and white, hard copy of the plan, as well as a digital copy for your personal use.
We talk you through the details of the design as well as making suggestions as to how to stage implementation based on previous conversations.
Beyond this, depending on the service you require, we are available to support you through ongoing conversations and mini tailored worships to help empower you with design implementation, as well as continuing the relationship which will enable tweaking the design should unforeseen design, circumstance or family constraints arise (think, oops our big old feature tree just died, grandma is moving in and we now need a granny-flat, or we accidentally adopted a herd of alpacas!)
